The Kampung style BBQ Set simple and cheap..... most of the local communities in Baram use this kind of set for BBQ.....
Sizzling to perfection.... took an hour to roast this chunk of meat..... quite good... marinate with only salt and papper and only using hard wood for coal...... Serve with chili and beer....cheer
